The Villa Corgat in more detail

Villa Corgat is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom Villa which can sleep up to 8 people, with a number of large terraces as well as a private garden and a fully heated swimming pool.

It has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire Villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The Villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The Polaris World Resorts are built to a very high standard, not often seen in Spain.

The Villa is set amongst landscaped gardens with shrubs and trees with large areas of grass, with fantastic uninterrupted views of the mountains of El Valle, yet only a 15 minute drive from the beaches of San Javier and Los Alcarzares, all set in a secure community with an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The Resort will have everything to offer the holidaymaker who wants to play golf all day, or those who prefer to enjoy a peaceful relaxing environment.

The large heated swimming pool with outdoor shower facilities, is just steps away from both the Living room and Master Bedroom in a landscaped garden.

El Valle Villa

The three bedroomed Villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms.

It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle' with built in BBQ, which is under a roofed terrace attached to the kitchen. The Villa comes equipped with all sun lounge’s and tables etc.

Bedrooms

The three bedrooms, are furnished with the main bedroom having ensuite facilities and a king size bed, and bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months.

In addition, the bedrooms come with pull out spare beds and baby cot. (Please note NO linen is provided with the cot)



Lounge/Dining Room

This is furnished for up to 8 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. There is a plasma TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as ipod and CD, radio, plus a playstation, with some games and DVD movies and CDs supplied for use.

For much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is a dining table and chairs. (High chair for small child provided)

Kitchen

All that you need for those gourmet meals, BBQs or simple snacks as you may prefer to eat out!

There is a kettle and mugs for that early morning cup of tea as well as full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The kitchen has been fully equipped with Bosch for all major appliances including double door American style fridge freezer.

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).





The Villa is close to the town centre set in tranquil gardens with the private pool just metres away.

Apart from the Jack Nicklaus golf course, there will be tennis, gym, SPA, indoor pool, etc available from June 2008 and the social club and bars, restaurants, driving range are all due to be open soon.

There will be an extensive town centre, international school and Intercontinental FIVE star Hotel, which is to be their worldwide flagship hotel.

There will be a hospital and full medical facilities as well as a wide range of sports facilities. All of these services will be based across all of the Polarisworld Golf and Spa Resorts.
