Apartment Corgat is a bright and contemporary corner ground floor apartment, with a large terrace as well as a private garden space, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, underground garage with 1 parking place. There is a nearby community pool set amongst landscaped gardens.  The apartment is ideal for 4/5 people. There is full air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The Polaris World Resorts are built to a very high standard, not often seen in Spain. The apartments are in small blocks set amongst landscaped gardens with shrubs and trees with large areas of grass. All set in a secure community and an 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The 2 bedroom apartment has a lounge and separate kitchen and one bathroom. It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle'. The apartment has its own entrance and has an underground parking space

Bedrooms - The two bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months.

Bathroom has a bath, shower, wc, bidet and hairdryer.

Lounge/Dining room - This is furnished for up to 4/6 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. There is a TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as CD and radio, plus a playstation, with some games and DVD movies and CDs supplied for use.

For much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen - All that you need for those gourmet meals, BBQs or simple snacks as you may prefer to eat out!

There is a kettle and mugs for that early morning cup of tea as well as full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc.

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

The Apartment is close to the town centre set in tranquil gardens with the pool just 20 meters away. Apart from the Jack Nicklaus golf course, there will be tennis, gym, SPA, indoor pool, etc available from June 2007 and the Social Club and bars, restaurants, driving range are all open.

There will be an extensive town centre, International School and Intercontinental Hotel under the FIVE Star Crowne Plaza.

There will be a hospital and full medical facilities as well as a wide range of sports facilities. There will be an International School on site in 2008.
